PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip seal member formed of a recyclable elastomer composition, and to provide a vehicular hydraulic master cylinder using the same. PSOLUTION: The lip seal member 82a comprises a base portion 821 and a lip portion 822 endlessly protruded from the base portion 821. The lip portion 822 is thrust against a sealed face 77 in a liquid-tight and slidable manner. The lip seal member 82a is formed of the elastomer composition which contains a thermoplastic elastomer having unsaturated bonds or groups having affinity with carbon nano-fibers and carbon nano-fibers dispersed in the thermoplastic elastomer.
