PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimum transmission time without requiring centralized control and without exchanging a dedicated control information for determining a communication available time with a peripheral node.;SOLUTION: The communication timing control apparatus used for a node comprising communication system is provided with: a timing control signal transmitting/receiving means for transmitting/receiving the timing control signals to/from other nodes; a transmission state determination means for determining a transmission state of a data signal for a predetermined communication cycle; a phase response function adjusting means for adjusting a phase response function according to a required phase difference of neighborhood nodes on the basis of the determination result from the transmission state determination means; and a communication timing calculating means for calculating communication timing of timing control signal for its own node using the phase response function adjusted by the phase response function adjusting means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
