PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for controlling the injection of a flocculant and an alkali agent where complicated treatment such as the correction of control parameters and the learning of data is made needless, the injection ratios of chemicals can be optimally controlled, and further, automation is facilitated.;SOLUTION: The injection control system 50 where the injection ratios of a flocculant, a pre-alkali agent and a post-alkali agent are calculated and controlled in such a manner that the turbidity of treated water, the pH of a mixing pond and the pH of a water purification pond are controlled to prescribed ranges is provided with: a data collection unit 502 for time-sequentially collecting data on water quality; a memory unit 505 for memorizing the data on water quality, the respective injection ratios or the like; a multiple regression analysis unit 506 where the control parameters of operational expressions for the injection ratios are found by multiple regression analysis with the respective injection ratios as objective variables and data on water quality or the like as explanatory variables; and a chemical injection ratio operation unit 504 for calculating the respective injection ratios using the control parameters, the data on water quality and the injection ratio operational expressions. Regarding the multiple regression analysis unit 506, in consideration of the lag time of flowing-down caused by the distance between each chemical injection point and each turbidity-pH measurement point, using data at the time when the measured value of water quality with time deviated lies within a prescribed range, multiple regression analysis is performed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
