PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the decorative sheet for building material wherein the adhesion of a printing layer such as a pattern to a substrate sheet is good in both of initial adhesion and weatherproof adhesion and both characteristics are well-balanced. SOLUTION: In a decorative sheet 1 for a building material wherein a surface protective layer 3 comprising a curable resin such as an ionizing radiation curable resin is formed on the surface of a thermoplastic resin substrate sheet 2 comprising a polyolefin resin or the like and a rear surface primer layer 7 and an ink layer 10 consisting of a pattern layer 8 and a solid layer 9 are successively provided on the opposite surface of the thermoplastic resin substrate sheet 2, the rear surface primer layer 7 is formed from a copolymer of an acrylic resin and a urethane resin and isocyanate.
