PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost relay method with which a transmission range is enlarged and transmission capacity and the quality of service are enhanced in a communication system.;SOLUTION: A first channel (100) has a first subcarrier at a first frequency (f₁) and having assigned a block of information including a plurality of information units and a second channel (120) has a first subcarrier at the first frequency (f₁) and a second subcarrier at a second frequency (f₂₂). A transmission property for the second channel (120) at the first frequency (f₁) is worse than a transmission property for the second channel (100) at the second frequency (f₂₂).
