PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composition for ferroelectric thin film formation which significantly reduces the variation in quality for every manufacturing lot.;SOLUTION: A colloidal solution is formed by mixing a carrier fluid and a metallic component containing a material to be made into a ferroelectric thin film, and by heating at a temperature higher than normal temperature.
