PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elucidate a mechanism for inducing SREBP-1c gene expression in mammals with fructose, identify a factor determining genetic susceptibility to digestion disorders, and provide effective agents for preventing and treating digestive disorders.;SOLUTION: A new fructose responsive transcriptional control cis-element and a transcription control factor mutually interacting with the same are obtained. Non-Homo sapiens animals in which those are introduced or inactivated, a method for diagnosing genetic sensitivity of digestive disorders by using the animals and a method for screening the agents for preventing and treating digestive disorders by using the animals are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
