PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture program production assistance system and the like capable of correlating shot picture material flexibly to a scenario and using the scenario in an electronic file format consistently from a project planning stage to the editing stage. PSOLUTION: The picture program production assistance system is provided with a project planning terminal 10 and processing devices 20 and 30. The project planning terminal 10 creates program meta data in a planning sheet meta data.
