PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component epoxy resin composition for reinforcing a concrete surface layer.;SOLUTION: The one-component epoxy resin composition contains (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a ketimine compound yielded by the dehydration reaction of a polyoxyalkylenepolyamine with a ketone, and (C) an oxazolidine compound, e.g. N-ethyl-2-methyl-2-(3-methylbutyl)-1,3-oxazolidine. The composition, prepared by dissolving each of the above ingredients in a solvent, is used by applying it to a concrete surface. Since the composition has a relatively long curing initiation time and gives a relatively hard cured product, it permeates well into a concrete surface layer before curing when applied to a concrete surface.
