PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and certainly perform attendant processing even if issuing a remote command from an upper level during the attendant processing, in an automatic transaction device communicating with the upper level according to operation of a customer to perform an automatic transaction. PSOLUTION: In a system periodically or arbitrarily issuing a remote detail checking, total count and remote replenishment from the upper level, reception of the remote command having risk of impartment of a failure to operation of an attendant is forbidden during the attendant processing, and commands except the remote command are received. Thereby, even if forbidding the reception of the command during the attendant processing, total data on the upper level can be notified to the attendant by the command from the upper level in total counting completion or the like, an operation result is confirmed to complete the operation, and accurate operation is enabled.
