PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which prevents a liquid from dripping when the cap is opened, an apparatus for molding the cap, and a method for molding the cap. PSOLUTION: In the cap C fitted on a bottle can with a mouthpiece part on the tip part of which a curl part is formed, a liner 19 is provided on the inner side of a top board part 11. A first annular projected part 30 positioned on the outer peripheral side from a press-contact scheduled position 32 of the curl part and extending along the peripheral direction of the top board part 11 is formed, and a second annular projected part 31 along the peripheral direction of the top board part 11 is formed on the inner peripheral side from the press-contact scheduled position 32 of the curl part, and a channel part 31a penetrating from the inner peripheral face side to the outer peripheral face side of the second annular projected part 31 is formed.
