PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both speeding up and high reliability, and wide area dispersion and expandability.;SOLUTION: A front end server 16 receives a resource retrieval request including a resource identifier from a client 15, converts the resource retrieval request into a resource retrieval request having header information by which an FEC to which the resource retrieval request should belong, can be specified by using the resource identifier or a part of the identifier, performs processing of transmitting the resource retrieval request to a label switching network 100, receives a resource retrieval result from the label switching network 100 or a back end server 20, and transmits the result to a client 15 which has transmitted the resource retrieval request.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
