PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable aromatic amine composition capable of preventing or minimizing the discoloration of a compound containing an aromatic amine group, and useful for the production of a light-colored polyether polyol by including a specific organic compound and an aromatic amine group-containing compound in a specified proportion. ;SOLUTION: This stable aromatic amine composition comprises (A) 0.001-10 wt.% one or more kinds of 1-20C organic compounds containing one or more carboxylic acid groups, and (B) 100 wt.% aromatic amine group-containing compound having 200 molecular weight such as ortho-toluenediamine.
