PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the cause of performance deterioration of a system resulted from a long waiting time to SW (software) resources such as semaphore.;SOLUTION: A process state measuring means 108 acquires information for the state of each process operating on an external system 120, and a HW (hardware) resource use process number comparison part 110 detects a HW unused state where the number of processes using HW resources is smaller than the number of HW resources from the acquired result. A SW resource waiting process count part 112 calculates the number of waiting processes to each software resource in the HW unused state, and an output part 114 outputs a calculation result with a SW resource having a large waiting process number as a bottleneck.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
