PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard radar device which performs transmission control of observation signals according to a certain rule configured to certainly avoid interference with other radar devices. PSOLUTION: In the onboard radar device which includes a transceiving part transceiving the observation signals at a predetermined frequency band and a priority order transmitting part transmitting a priority order signal at a frequency in the frequency band, when interference with the signals of another onboard radar device is detected after the transceiving part receives the priority order signal of the other onboard radar device, the frequency band of the observation signals transmitted by the transceiving part is shifted a predetermined amount of frequency based on the priority order of the other device and the priority order of the device itself.
