PSOLUTION: A content server 4 generates a unique scramble release key SKA1 for every content according to a download acquisition request and for every home server 2 having a decoder chip ID, and transmits this with an encrypted content according to the download acquisition request to the home server 2, whereby its reproduction in electronic equipment other than the home server 2 having the decoder chip ID can be prohibited. Accordingly, the reproduction management of the content can be performed while limiting the reproduction of the content to the home serve 2 that is a content providing destination.
