PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming material having the high foaming, even and fine cell structure by heating and kneading the high density polyethylene having a specified range of material value, polypropylene and ethylene--olefin copolymer, polysiloxane-polyether block copolymer and nucleus forming agent. ;SOLUTION: 100 pts.wt. of high density polyethylene having a DSC measured melting point at 127-136C, density at 0.945-0.967 g/cm3 and MFR at 0.1-10, and 2-50 pts.wt. of polypropylene having a melting point at 130C or more, and 50-200 pts.wt. of ethylene--olefin copolymer manufactured by metallocene catalyst having a melting point at 98-121C, density at 0.990-0.935 g/cm3, MFR at 0.5-3, and 0.1-5 pts.wt. of polysiloxane-polyether block copolymer expressed with a formula I, and 0.02-5 pts.wt. of one kind or more of azo-di-carbon amid and talc as a nucleus forming agent are blended, heated at 145-165C, and kneaded.
