PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polyelectrolyte which has good film strength, high ionic conductivity, and excellent processibility. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a solid polyelectrolyte contains (A) a copolymer having aliphatic chains and specific functional groups on side chains, (B) a plasticizer, and (C) an electrolyte.
