PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the connection of a voltmeter or the like for measuring the internal resistance of a storage battery. SOLUTION: An AC power supply is applied across a plurality of storage batteries, in order to measure the internal resistances of the storage batteries and a lead wire for measuring the voltage is connected to a connection box for connecting the storage batteries, and this operation is successively changed over an the internal resistance of each storage battery is measured.
