PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a resin product, capable of suppressing or controlling the occurrence of welding.;SOLUTION: When injection molding is performed using a mold having a plurality of the resin inflow passages N, R, G1, G2 and G3 to a cavity CV, production parameters for setting the inflow amount of a resin material from the resin inflow passages in a time series manner are calculated beforehand by a combination of a numerical value analyzing technique for calculating an injection molding process and an optimization technique due to the support of a computer in order to control the occurrence of welding. By this constitution, the mold designing parameters can be calculated rapidly and accurately without repeating trial and error due to acquisition to suppress or control the occurrence of the welding of an injection-molded product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
