PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a childbirth diagnostic support program capable of improving accuracy of childbirth diagnosis. PSOLUTION: The program has a process for obtaining characteristic data of a maternal pelvis, data of the three-dimensional inner surface, and data of a pelvic axis as pelvic model data, a process for obtaining characteristic data of a fetus head, data of the three-dimensional outer surface, and data of a rotary axis as data of a baby head model, the first process for calculating the actual maternal pelvis model based on the actual characteristic data of the actual maternal pelvis and the pelvic model data, the second process for calculating the baby head model of the actual fetus based on the actual feature data of the actual fetus head and the baby head model data, a hypothetical delivery process of turning the head part 50 of the actual fetus around the pelvic axes T1 and T2 and delivering, and a process for calculating the distance (d) from the actual outer surface of the head 50 to the actual inner surface of the pelvis 60 until the head 50 of the actual fetus is delivered.
