PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of measures against recalls under different conditions, and a cost and the number of days required to implement the measures.;SOLUTION: A system comprises a commodity attribute acquisition part 11 that acquires claim information associated with a problem with a commodity from an input interface and extracts the commodity's attributes included in the claim information; a handling information acquisition part 12 that checks the commodity's attributes in a basic database 55 to acquire the measures for the corresponding commodity's attribute or information on the cost or period required to determine the cause of the problem; an evaluation index calculating part 102 that calculates evaluation indexes including the measures and the cost or period required to determine each kind of cause, by extracting the measures contained in a measure database 53 or information on the range of implementation for each kind of cause to be determined, and applying to the information on the range of implementation the measures or the information on the cost or period required to determine each cause; and an output process part 106 that outputs information on the evaluation indexes to the output interface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
