PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house type remote monitoring system by which emergency countermeasures can be performed over individual limits, expenses for commission or dispatch time can be reduced, and can increase regional security and indivisual security simultaneously.;SOLUTION: This multiple dwelling house type remote monitoring system 1 is provided with: a home device 2 for transmitting an image obtained by photographing the predetermined region of an individual house and a shared space by a camera 21 through the Internet 7; a server device 4 for receiving an image from the home device 2 through the Internet 7, and for transmitting the image through the Internet 7 to a user terminal 3; and a management terminal 9 for receiving a help call to be issued by a user at the time of determining emergency from the image browsed by operating the user terminal 3 through the Internet 7 and a server device 4, and displaying it at a display part 9a.
