PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock wave generating apparatus capable of measuring a high S/N ratio on shock waves without damaging observation windows and provide a spectroscopic system using the same.;SOLUTION: The shock wave generating apparatus is provided with a shock wave generating part for generating shock waves, a tube for propagating shock waves, and a pair of the observation windows symmetrically arranged on both sides of the tube.
