PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable setting for a partial document so that it is prohibited from being coated in black and can not be deleted, thus realizing a more flexible revision of an electronic document.;SOLUTION: An electronic document-managing program acquires an electronic document which comprises a plurality of constituents, wherein first electronic signatures and second electronic signatures which are peculiar to the constituents are stipulated, and are correlated with an intensive electronic signature which condenses the first electronic signatures. Then, the electronic document-managing program receives the designation of a constituent to which cover-up is prohibited in the electronic document. When the constituent designated as the cover-up prohibition object is determined to be concealable and deletable, the managing program concerned deletes the second electronic signature stipulated for the constituent which is the cover-up prohibition object, and sets the constituent, which is the cover-up prohibition object, from a condition in which cover-up and deletion are possible to a condition in which cover-up is not possible but deletion is possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
