Provided are a fluorinated pyrazole carbonitrile derivative and a production method thereof, and a fluorinated pyrazole carboxylic acid derivative obtained by using the fluorinated pyrazole carbonitrile derivative and a production method thereof. A fluorine-containing acylacrylonitrile derivative is prepared from a fluorine-containing acyl derivative and an aminoacrylonitrile derivative and then reacted with a hydrazine derivative to give the following general formula (1): wherein Rf is substituted with at least one fluorine atom R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and the like. A fluorine-containing pyrazole carbonitrile derivative is produced.
