PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate motion of a user by considering irregularity of time lag from actual motion of the user till the motion is detected.;SOLUTION: Motion of a guide to guide the user to conduct a specified motion is related with time information to be reference motion data. A sensor installed on a first user sends first motion information which indicates motion of the first user, and the motion information of the first user is related with the time information to be first motion record data. Time information in the first motion record data is shifted by the phase of a specified time interval ΔT to create first shift data. Of the first motion record data and the first shift data, those which more highly coincide with the reference motion data are set as first selected data, and evaluation of the first user is carried out based on the first selected data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
