PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a program by preventing the execution of a vector instruction that does not have to be processed. ;SOLUTION: This compile processor 10 consists of a source program analyzing part 20 generating an intermediate language composed of a scalar instruction from a source program described in a high-level language, a vector instruction generating part 30 which analyzes the generated intermediate language and generates a vector instruction, a vector instruction optimizing part 40 which sets a invalidation instruction invalidating each vector instruction in accordance with its execution condition about each generated vector instruction and an object generating part 50 which generates an object program from the intermediate language to which the circumvention instruction is set.
