PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture more than a predetermined quantity of a cement milk (or a liquid setting material) without increasing the facilities of a kneading plant. ;SOLUTION: In the forming method of a cement milk having the predetermined mixing ratio (or water-cement ratio), which is necessary at a supplying site, by kneading water and cement, this method is equipped with a process for producing the cement milk by kneading the water and a setting material under the mixing ratio of the water to the cement set lower than the above mixing ratio in a kneading plant 1 and a diluting process of the cement milk to the predetermined mixing ratio by adding the water to the concentrated cement milk with a water adding device 10 in the midway of the pressure hose 5 of the cement milk.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
