PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device capable of positioning and adhering windshield glass easily and properly to an opening in the body of an automobile using a simple constitution.;SOLUTION: The positioning device is composed of a provisionally fastened reference means 5 and a provisionally fastened stopper means 6. The provisionally fastened reference means 5 is placed at the adjacent angle part of the opening and fastened provisionally and has an abutting part 50 and a reference part 51 of the specified length L.
