Occlusive peripheral vascular disease therapeutic agent and use thereof

The present inventors examined the therapeutic effect of midkine on obstructive peripheral vascular disease. As a result, the present inventors have an action of promoting angiogenesis in midkine, and by introducing midkine into the affected area of obstructive peripheral vascular disease, blood vessels can be increased and upper and lower limb blood flow can be improved. In other words, it was found that symptoms of upper and lower limb ischemic diseases can be improved.
