PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified styrenic resin excellent in weather resistance and impact resistance, its production process and a laminate obtained by using the resin and excellent in weather resistance and adhesion strength.;SOLUTION: This rubber-modified styrenic resin is obtained by the production process of polymerizing a partially hydrogenated rubber obtained by hydrogenation of a conjugated diene-based rubber, a styrenic monomer and a (meth)acrylate-based monomer using a radical initiator by bulk polymerization or solution polymerization under agitation, so that the methyl ethyl ketone-insoluble gel fraction of the obtained rubber-modified styrenic resin and the swelling index of the gel content each falls within a specific range.
