After cooling suffering coolant in the refrigerating cycle system which cools suffering coolant, in the condenser gas turbine downstream side of 27 of the uniaxial type which is connected directly 6 which makes the refrigerant condense which was compressed with the refrigerant compressor 3 which compresses the refrigerant and this refrigerant compressor 3 and the above-mentioned refrigerant compressor 3 and the above-mentioned condenser 6 and the return passage it has with the metering valve 13 where controls the flow of 12 which connects with the entrance of the above-mentioned refrigerant compressor 3 and this return passage 12. Because of this, it decreases the necessary power when starting the refrigerant compressor, it is possible to assure the starting stabilization of the refrigerant compressor when the uniaxial gas turbine is designated as drive source.
