PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable holder by which the laying work of a cable can easily be performed and the cable can be laid without high-place work irrespective of the width and narrowness of a work place, and to provide a mounting tool of the holder and a laying method of the cable using them. PSOLUTION: The cable holder holds the cable and is mounted on a laying object at a suitable interval so as to lay the cable along the laying object. The holder is provided with a holder body in which a space which is bent and stores the cable is formed inside and which is fixed to the laying object by a bonding means, and a part to be engaged which is engaged with the mounting tool for mounting the cable holder to the laying object.
