This defines a surface of a Metallic Titanium based implant intended to be inserted into bone tissue comprising substantially Pure titanium oxide and has a thickness of 8 to 50 nm. Furthermore, This defines a procedure for it, as well as the Metallic implant that is presented.This surface has good micrometric Roughness, as well as a composition substantially free of impurities and a thickness which is about three times the thickness of the conventional surfaces, characteristics that give very good Properties of Osseointegration.
