It provides a useful Peptide as a ligand Affinity Chromatography process for Extraction and purification of a Protein from the Shell of the seed of soya Bean (Glycine max). The Peptide comprises at least the following sequence of amino acids vqn. In a special order, adds an amino acid with sulphhydryl Group at one end C peptide.Also described is a process of Extraction and purification of a Protein, and Soybean peroxidase (SBP) from Peel of soybean using the Peptide as a ligand immobilized on any support, in a process of Affinity Chromatography.This procedure is particularly specific and efficient due to the High affinity between the Protein and the Peptide, combining Fine steps of purification and concentration in a single step.
