The unit has a speed increasing gear for increasing number of revolutions of an animal in a circle to adapt to running speed of a generator, where input shaft of the speed increasing gear is rotated by the revolutions of the animal. Electric energy provided by the generator is stored in an accumulator. A control case adjusts and treats the electric energy for a network.
