The block has an insulation board placed in a pre-made slit in the block. A plate-shaped zone is concealed in a groove of a planned fund-ring block part (P), which is located 5 cm below top of the block. Top of the plate-shaped zone is provided with a floorboard, where the zone contains polyurethane materials. An insulated cavity wall insulation board is connected to a cavity. The plate-shaped zone is vertically positioned below an insulated cavity wall, where thickness of the plate-shaped zone is between 0.5 and 10 cm. The zone is moisture permeable and is finished with a non-porous layer.
