The technique involves cooking 700 pounds of carrots at 20 degree centigrade to 110 degree centigrade in 50 minutes, where the carrots are cooked in right consistency. The carrots are softened and passed through a sieve whose holes have a diameter of plus or minus 2 mm. The carrots are mashed and stored in a screen. The mashed carrots are pushed by compressed air to a screw press. Puree is pressed to obtain a concentrate of the carrots.
