摘要

The invention will find application in the industry, the agriculture, the chemistry, the ecology, the biology, the microbiology, the households and the transport. A possibility is created for efficient impact upon physical environments with different aggregate states. The processes occur rapidly, simultaneously and completely within the whole volume, without using an external heat source. Uniformtreatment is obtained of the physical environment, including of quality thermoplastic polymers and materials for secondary treatment. The method consists of leading the material through the wedge chamber (1) formed by a fixed hollow cylinder (2) and cylindrical rotor (3) rotating in it at speed of 600 to 4000 rpm. The rotor (3) is situated with eccentricity of 0.0005 to 0.06 m against the hollow cylinder (2) and supported by two disks (5) closing the wedge chamber (1). When the chamber (1) is situated in a rotor extruder, the eccentricity is from 0.002 to 0.003 m and the rotation speed of thecylindrical rotor (3) is from 600 to 900 rpm.
