This paper introduces a new computer programming paradigm titled Notification Oriented Paradigm (PON) or Notification Oriented Paradigm (NOP) in English. PON aims for a solution with better performance and openness to parallelism and distribution than solutions based on current paradigms such as object oriented languages. PON solves its problems, such as inappropriate syntax, structural and temporal redundancy, and especially tightly coupled computational entities. This coupling exists because of an orientation to the normally monolithic research-based causal assessment process that causes distribution difficulties. Precisely, PON imposes another way to perform evaluations and inferences. In PON, this is done from knowledge of rules through small, 'smart' and uncoupled computational entities that interact and collaborate through timely notifications.
