1. - a compound of formula (I), wherein R1 is C1-C8, - (cr9r10) R11, - (cr9r10) Tc (o) R11, - (cr9r10) Tc (o) n (r13r14),- (CR9R10) t- (3-10 membered heterocyclyl) -R11 or - (CR9R10) (5-9 membered heteroaryl) -R11; R2 is 5-9 membered heteroaryl, optionally substituted with one or more R11 groups; R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 and R8 are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl , C2-C8 alkynyl, - (CR9R10) t (C3-C8 cycloalkyl),- (CR9R10) tOR11 - (CR8R10) tN (R11R12)-CN, -NO2, -CF3, -C (O) R9 and -C (O) 2R9; each R9 and R10 is independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, 3-10 membered heterocyclyl and 5-9 membered heteroaryl; each R11 and R12 is independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, 3-10 membered heterocyclyl, 5-9 membered heteroaryl, -CN, halogen, - (CR16R17) tOR18, and - (CR16R17) tC (O) R18, wherein each of said groups is C1-C8 alkyl, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C6-C10 aryl, 3-10 membered heterocyclyl and 5-9 membered heteroaryl,The alternative is to replace one or more R15 groups; R13 and R14 groups independently select hydrogen, C1-C8 tar and c3-c8 cyclopentyl tar, where C1-C8 and cyclopentyl tar groups can be replaced by one or more R15, R13 and R14 groups.
