The present Invention belongs to the field of Biotechnology, in the branch of Microbiology, specifically in the fermentation processes in solid phase using the fungus of the genus Trichoderma.The objective of the present Invention is the development of a Technology for obtaining this high concentration of SPOREs of Trichoderma harziaum, to be used as biological pest control. The Procedure consists in using a Strain of Trichoderma harzianum.37 in a process of Solid fermentation Culture Medium using a discontinuous, consisting solely of bagasse medium, Fine Honey as a source of carbon, in addition of urea as a nitrogen Source. The process has a duration of 6 - 7 days, the end of which reaches a concentration of viable SPOREs of 10 ^ 8 - 10 ^ 10 SPOREs / g dry fermented material base.
