The present invention relates mouse lymphocyte hybridoma deposited on 7 January 2009 in the Collection zoopatogenních microorganism Veterinary Research Institute, vvi in Brno under the name PCV2 2A2 / 3B9; PCV2 1C6 / 1H9 and 6C10 PCV2 / B1, cj 2/2009 Coll., Which produce monoclonal antibodies specifically reacting with antigens PCV2. Said monoclonal antibodies react highly specifically without cross-reacting with PCV2 in a variety of modifications and imunoperoxidázových ELISA assay. Antibodies are useful for further research, as well as the preparation of commercially immunopreparations and diagnostic kits.
