The tread (14) is made on the set (16) and additionally surrounds the edges, the lower perimetric part and the upper perimetric part of the set (16) so as to form a seal (24) around the perimeter, which prevents the rise of liquids. The set (16) contains a vapor transmission or holes element (19) in the form of a layer, which is placed directly under the protective layer (18) so as to overlap the area where there are through holes (15); wherein the element (19) in the form of a layer is configured to exclude the interaction of the polymeric material to form the article with the protective layer (18) when forming the tread (14). The element (19) in the form of a layer is additionally connected with the protective layer (18), forming with it at least one interaction region (25) through which water vapor can pass, while the region is adapted to facilitate the passage of steam.
