The present invention is related to the disclosure of new complex compounds of bivalent ruthenium (RuII) and trivalent rhodium (RhIII) with possible anti-cancerous anti-metastatic action. These complexes include tow or three multipyridine bifid ligands or a trifid and a bifid ligand, the possible variations of which are given with the general types (I), (II) and (III). The present invention also provides the preparation methods of the new cationic or neutral complex compounds Ru(II) and Rh(III) with multipyridine ligands that have been mentioned above. In addition, in the specific invention the application methods of the new compounds are described, in biological processes such as the inhibition of the accumulation of the blood platelets that is caused by the Platelets Activation Factor (PAF) as well as the study of their anti-cancerous action. Mention is also made to the possible way of action of these compounds in relation to PAF inhibition. Preliminary experiments on their biological action have produced proof for anti-cancerous action in human cancerous cell structures from a human mamma MCF-7 (adenocarcinoma at initial stage).
