20090100173Subject: hybrid system for fast freezing or simple freezing via liquid nitrogen and conventional freon freezing system.Constitution: special piping system conducted from the outer side of the chamber (under the control sub-board 8) to the interior thereof and consisted of two lines leading to the two evaporators 1 of the oven and ending with two groups of four special nitrogen-spaying nozzles 2 fixed in the form of a cross or otherwise on the exit of the fans, a special wheeled liquid nitrogen cylinder 9 connected with special system of quick-action connecting means to the supply system encountered out of the oven and the electromagnetic valve 7. Furthermore, said hybrid freezing system is provided with a mechanical or electric clapet valve meant to relieve pressure created by nitrogen drawn into the chamber or electric fan 4 conducting air to the chamber 4 , a mechanism controlling the nitrogen content in chamber 5 via the PLC unit 3 and sensors designed for measuring the chamber’s parameters (temperature, pressure); the PLC unit receives –according to preset programming- the values of the parameters from the chamber and opens and closes the solenoid valve for the optional drawing of liquid nitrogen to the chamber while the conventional freon freezing system continues operating; supporting the operation of the freon freezing system, the hybrid system in question carries off multiple temperature quantities from products the freezing of which is thus accelerated. Compared to conventional freezing method, the invention is characterised by qualitative economical fast and ecological freezing of products; freezing of products in storage areas.
