The invention aims at the use of different techniques and equipments for the production of high power with least cost and equipment. After precise treatment, the known green sources of energy (solar energy, wind energy, electromagnetic field, waterfalls etc) can be stored for later use in the quantity needed. The original operation of all power sources is based on biophysical theories. Original mode is also this one used for the increase of the expected power generation results. The novelty of the invention is that the tower is a stationary construction creating artificial difference of pressure what leads to the air flow able to set into motion a turbine producing the initial current for the dynamic power increase responding to our needs.
