An industrial effluent treatment process meant for industrial effluent and waste water purification for reclamation thereof comprising of plurality of sequentially serialized electrochemical and filtration flow operations thereof including aggregation of effluent from plurality of sources in a container, said container outlet being disposed into a screening equipment comprising sand & bag filter, preparing screened liquid effluent ready for flocculation leading to sedimentation of the same, flotation by gas bubbling meant for solid contaminants separation, secondary sedimentation for refined effluent clearance, coagulating and flocculating aids are mixed while transferring to clarifier where coagulated and flocculated particles gets settled, filtration is done through sand and bag filter, oxidizing effluent by oxidant dosing system, predetermined time and intensity photochemical exposition of such oxidized filtrate by means of UV photochemical reactor, forcing filtrate through activated carbon bed filters thus removing plurality of solid and gaseous contaminants including C.O.D., B.O.D., dissolved solids, suspended solids, organo-chlorides, bio-degradable, non bio-degradable simultaneous improvement in color providing the discharge above environmental standards for industries.
