The present invention relates To an herbal composition with adaptogenic. antifatigue, immunoenhancing. aphrodisiac activity. The composition comprises of seed powder and extract of seed powder of Mucuna puriens: root powder and extract of root of Willumia somnifera: tuber powder and extract of tuber powder of ("hlorophyiimi borivilianum and Asparagus racemosus; Shilqjil: Lotus seed powder: in Bhavana dravya consisiting Trikatu and Triphala. The process for the preparation of oral dosage forms, which include capsules, tablets or syrups comprises of preparation of the extracts of the plant parts of the above herbs and mixing of the said extract with plants parts followed optionally by mixture of additives to form the oral dosage forms, which include tablets or syrups.
